The market right now

Web development is a broad category in the PH market — from WordPress shops to modern JS stacks. Candidates range from bootcamp grads to senior full-stack engineers, so clear skill requirements in your post drive better applicant quality.

Hiring tip

Specify your actual stack in required skills — "React + Node" attracts different applicants than "PHP + WordPress". DashScore expansion means related frameworks still surface as partial matches.
