SolaceHire Employer Portal is an AI-powered applicant tracking system (ATS) that lets you post jobs, search AI-matched candidates with DashScore ranking, manage applications, and hire top tech talent.

How does AI-powered candidate matching work?

SolaceHire uses DashScore ranking to match candidates to your job postings based on skills, experience, and role fit. The candidate search feature lets you filter by skills, role, and readiness.

Can I integrate SolaceHire with my existing ATS?

Yes. SolaceHire provides ATS integration via API with idempotency support, HMAC-signed webhooks for job and application events, and API keys for external integrations.

What types of candidates are on SolaceHire?

SolaceHire's candidate pool is focused on tech graduates (BSCS, BSECE, BSIT, and related fields). Tech roles get the best matching and visibility.

Is there a per-post fee for job listings?

No. Job postings are tier-gated based on your employer subscription plan, with no per-post fee. Featured jobs have a monthly quota.

How do I get started with SolaceHire?

Where is my data hosted?

All SolaceHire infrastructure runs on AWS in Singapore (ap-southeast-1). Employer, job, and candidate data stays in the Singapore region.

How is my data secured?

Traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS) and data is encrypted at rest. Every account is isolated per employer — records are partitioned by employer ID and enforced at the access layer, so no tenant can ever see another tenant’s jobs, candidates, or scorecards.

Who owns the candidate data in my account?

You do. Applications, notes, scorecards, and documents in your account belong to your organization. SolaceHire acts as the data processor — you can export or request deletion of your data at any time.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. SolaceHire is a monthly subscription with no lock-in — cancel from your billing page and your plan simply stops renewing. Your data remains exportable.

Do you offer white-label or custom domains?

Yes — on the Enterprise plan. Run your careers page on your own domain (e.g. careers.yourcompany.com) with your logo, brand colors, and no SolaceHire branding.

Is SolaceHire compliant with the Philippine Data Privacy Act?

SolaceHire supports Data Privacy Act (RA 10173) obligations including consent capture, access controls, and data-subject erasure requests. Contact privacy@solacehire.com for data processing inquiries.

Can I migrate from spreadsheets or another ATS?

Yes. Upload CVs in bulk, or use the ATS API with idempotency support to import applications programmatically. Enterprise onboarding includes assisted migration.

Can external interviewers submit feedback without an account?

Yes. Generate a secure one-time feedback link from any application — external interviewers complete a structured scorecard without needing a login.

Does SolaceHire work outside the Philippines?

Yes — the platform works anywhere, and candidates can apply from any location. Pricing is available in PHP and USD, and job distribution reaches international job boards.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export your complete company data — jobs, applications, notes, scorecards, and files — from Settings → Data & Account before or when you cancel. Candidate application data is anonymized or deleted automatically per your retention settings (default 730 days). To close and permanently erase your company account, use Settings → Close company account or contact us.
