SolaceHire Employer Terms

By accessing or using the SolaceHire Employer Portal (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Employer Terms (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of your organization and to bind it to these Terms.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, including company details and job postings.
• You will maintain the security of your account and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including labor and privacy laws.

• Postings must be genuine roles with accurate descriptions, requirements, compensation (if disclosed), and application instructions.
• No discriminatory, misleading, or unlawful content. No pyramid schemes or unpaid roles that violate local law.
• Postings may be moderated or removed if they violate these Terms or applicable law.

• Use candidate data solely for recruiting for the posted role(s).
• Do not sell, share, or re-use candidate data for unrelated purposes without consent.
• You are responsible for your communications with candidates and any agreements you enter into with them.

From time to time, we may offer trial credits or paid plans. Credits, if provided, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire. We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice.

We and our licensors own all rights in the Service. You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use your submitted content to provide and improve the Service.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing. You are responsible for your own compliance obligations when handling candidate data.

• No scraping, reverse engineering, or circumventing access controls.
• No uploading malware or interfering with the Service's operation or security.
• No use of the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

The Service may integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or actions.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee hiring outcomes, candidate quality, uptime, or error-free operation.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SolaceHire and its affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your postings, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
