The market right now

Data analyst demand is growing fast as Philippine companies digitize. The candidate pool splits between BSIT/BSCS grads and business grads who learned analytics — structured screening separates genuine SQL skills from coursework claims.

Hiring tip

Screen on real skills: SQL proficiency, at least one BI tool, and basic statistics. Assessment links in SolaceHire verify SQL before you spend interview time.
